What to expect during your profhilo treatment

You will need two Profhilo treatments six weeks apart and will take around 30-40 minutes per treatment.
We recommend 24 hours of downtime to get over any minor side effects following treatment.
We anticipate, similar to dermal filler, you can expect the results to last 6 – 12 months.
A total of five injections will be administered on each side of the face, and ten injections will be performed on the neck. While these injections are generally not painful, for your comfort, an anaesthetic numbing cream can be applied beforehand.
Profhilo treatment presents minimal risks, with common occurrences being mild swelling, redness, and bruising at the injection sites. Serious risks are exceptionally rare.
Similar to that of dermal filler we will advise avoiding alcohol and vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Avoid sunbathing, and extremes of heat or cold for 14 days post treatment. Any bruising may take a few days to appear, arnica can be helpful in clearing bruising but we will provide you with comprehensive aftercare advice to help achieve the best for your skin.

By the eighth week, your skin will also appear more hydrated, healthy and youthful.
The improvements to the firmness, elasticity and overall quality of your skin should last up to six months.
